Drawing inspiration from the living world thus becomes an asset and a lever for innovation and paradigm change, a tool for transition accelerator.

NewCorp Conseil has taken the initiative to create Biomim'expo; it identifies news and market opportunities, helps to identify opportunities, accompanies innovative projects, and puts biomimicry at the service of your innovation and development strategies, as well as internal mobilisation and attractiveness. USBEK & RICA

About Usbek & Rica :

"Testing the future and having it tested

Understanding

Never before has the human race experienced so much upheaval in so short a time and in so many areas at once. The world into which we were born has disappeared, the world into which we will grow old does not yet exist, and the world in which we live is in permanent metamorphosis. This is what makes our time as confusing as it is exciting. When everything changes so quickly, the reflex of individuals and societies is to be afraid. To panic. To make the wrong choices or to miss the good old days. Our number one task is therefore to understand what is at work, to analyse the weak signals and to map out future scenarios. As heirs to the Enlightenment and Montesquieu (the characters in Usbek & Rica are the heroes of the Persian Letters), we want to bring Reason back into the turmoil. Foresight is not an exact science, but it is worth a try!

Submit

Faced with the crisis of the imaginary future, faced with the fear of the future, faced with the threats that obstruct the horizon (terrorism, climate crisis, financialization, techno-scientific swerves), we must rediscover the taste for progress. Usbek & Rica is not a militant media, but committed. For democracy, for technical progress at the service of Man, for peace, for culture, for the planet, for secularism, for emancipation. At a time when digital civilisation is taking shape before our eyes, we believe that these timeless and universal values are worth defending. To do so, we are open to all ideas that will make the 21st century an era of collective well-being. But we are confident: all over the world, people are inventing, creating, dreaming, proposing concrete solutions. Usbek & Rica wants to listen and to value all those who do not give up. And they are much more numerous than we think!

Being useful

The future is there, hidden in the present, in gestation. It is in the fab labs, it is in the virtual currencies, in the cutting-edge technologies, it is in the intellectual effervescence of the inventors of the future... Usbek & Rica is a media that wants to test and have its readers test the future. To be useful to as many people as possible, otherwise we would miss our mission.

MADDYNESS

About Maddyness:

Launched almost a decade ago, Maddyness has become the reference magazine for entrepreneurship and innovation.

Since 2012, Maddyness has found a place of choice in the French entrepreneurial ecosystem. Maddyness has become a must-read for entrepreneurs, finance, media, new technologies and innovation players, delivering quality information to more than 600,000 readers every month.

Inspiration, advice, news, surveys, but also practical information and tools, the media for startups and innovation is for everyone, whether they are beginners or experts. Our readers create, invent, manage, buy, sell, manage, invest and recruit for and out of a love of entrepreneurship and innovation.

Looking to the future, driven by the desire to make our country and French entrepreneurship shine as much as to transform our world towards a better future, our community is between 30 and 45 years old (for 66% of it), is over-educated (91% of Bac+5, 28% more than Bac+5) and is also the one who employs the most in France. Beyond its information role, Maddyness wishes to open a window on the future of companies and society as a whole by giving a foretaste of what our lives will be like tomorrow. UP'MAGAZINE

UP' is the news magazine for innovation and changing times, aiming to shed light on scientific, technological, economic, environmental and societal challenges, as well as cultural and artistic ones, in the spirit of constructive journalism: "Curiosity is our driving force; knowledge is our value. Our role: to clarify the complexity".

How does the digital revolution, digital technology and hyper-information impact our lives? How can we identify the strong or weak signals of the changes in our hyper-connected era? How can we understand the nature of these changes, the issues at stake and their prospects? Without any pretension of wanting to provide solutions to problems that are often badly posed, our magazine wishes to formulate the right questions: those that can set in motion concrete actions, levers for the transformation of our societies. The magazine of changing times.

To better understand the challenges of today's and tomorrow's world, it is the daily fruit of a wide range of information, reports and interviews on the innovation sector; it is a tool for strategic reflection and foresight addressed to all fans of innovation, observers, users or national and international public and private players. UP' is in line with the principle of the foresight methodology of the present: "Tomorrow will not be like yesterday. It will be new and will depend on us. It is less to be discovered than to be invented" said Gaston Berger.

UP' adopts the principle of optimism, striving to recognise initiatives that work, to accompany the "silent transformations" cherished by François Jullien and to promote forward-looking approaches at the service of people and not the market.

UP' was created in 2011 by Fabienne Marion who is the editor-in-chief. Since its inception, UP' Magazine has been the vitalizer of a particularly active ecosystem and the defender of creative and constructive innovation. It wishes to provide new keys to analysis at the crossroads of environmental, sociological and economic changes, new technologies, social alternatives, etc., which have become real challenges for today's man and the generations to come.

This independent magazine, apolitical in nature but open to the expression of a variety of opinions, aims to be a place where ideas, information, methods and initiatives from the four corners of these ecosystems can come together.

For innovation that sounds good, at the service of people.

SOCIALTER

Since its launch in September 2013, Socialter has been defending a different vision of the economy, focused on change and mutations, combining a critical approach with a desire to act.

Through our bimonthly print magazine and website we promote innovations and models that have a positive impact on the environment and society, we give voice to thinkers on contemporary issues, and we decipher alternative solutions led by entrepreneurs of change.

Our aim is to inform, inspire and mobilise committed citizens.

With a team of some forty freelance journalists in France and around the world, Socialter has become the voice of a new generation of actors and echoes contemporary challenges: the (truly) collaborative economy, social innovation, ecological transition, sustainable lifestyles, CSR, open source, etc. We intend to provide readers with a solid critical tool for understanding society, while highlighting initiatives, models and struggles that arouse the desire to act in favour of a just world that respects ecosystemic balance.

In each issue, a major dossier provides an in-depth analysis of a topical issue: "The Night, an endangered space", "The ecological cost of the energy transition", "They want Uber's money", "Is the Internet going to destroy the planet", "The wave of neo-craftsmen versus stupid jobs", "Corporate hacking", "Is a car-free city possible?", "How to fight against programmed obsolescence", "Creativity, capital in the 21st century?...)

We regularly publish special issues and supplements ("Moi, Freelance", "Zéro Déchet, la réduction s'organise", "Finance responsable et innovante", "Idée collaborative"...).

On the strength of its success, Socialter now has a circulation of 45,000 copies every two months and reaches a wide audience in search of meaning and new models.
