Biomim'expo was proposed and launched by Alain Renaudin in 2016. Involved in sustainable development issues since the Johannesburg summit in 2002 when he was head of Ifop, and then associated with the creation and launch of Ceebios in 2014, he felt it was important to raise awareness of the biomimicry approach by creating his major annual event, Biomim'expo.

Biomim'expo is an initiative open to all stakeholders who want to promote the idea that Nature is both our best model and our most powerful partner for the future. From the outset, Biomim'expo has been a collegiate venture supported by a private and public collective.

Because Biomimicry, Innovation and Sustainable Growth are all about collective intelligence, Biomim'expo, under the impetus and guidance of NewCorp Conseil, is co-designed and co-produced with a College of partners.
