ENSCI Les Ateliers

Born of a political will in 1982, the École Nationale Supérieure de Création Industrielle (ENSCI-Les Ateliers) is the only national school exclusively devoted to industrial creation and design.

In 2020, the school conceived and opened the Master of Science Nature Inosired Design, accredited by the Conférence des Grandes écoles. This innovative programme, supported by Ceebios and IFS, is the first of its kind in France and in Europe.

It offers people in charge of developing activities, whatever their sector, to learn the good practices and tools/methods of biomimicry in synergy with the agility and social and responsible creativity of design. They will become project managers in bioinspiration and design, with a profile and skills that will enable them to articulate expertise and produce sustainable and responsible innovation.

Based in Paris, the ENSCI-Les Ateliers is under the dual supervision of the Ministries of the Economy and Culture, ranked 26th in the QS world ranking of art and design schools, and first in France. It offers courses that address new industrial issues and advocates a teaching method based on doing, on projects, on the transversality of knowledge and on interactions between students, teachers and professionals. It is open to all profiles who wish to work in creation and/or innovation.

Testimonial on Biomim'expo :

As partners of Biomim'expo for the past 4 years, we come to meet the actors of biomimicry and the people who wish to learn about the subject. The exhibition is full of life, complete and dynamic. We appreciate its vigour and we leave with a wealth of new contacts, partnerships and new ideas.
