JEAN-SEBASTIEN STEYER

Jean-Sébastien Steyer teaches the evolution of species (stegocephalus in particular) and the dissemination of knowledge in various institutions in France and abroad (Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Lyon, Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Géologie de Nancy, University of Science and Technology of Lisbon, UPMC, MNHN, University of Montpellier, Universités Populaires de Pont-Saint-Esprit, Franche-Comté and elsewhere).

What was the Earth like before the dinosaurs? How did the great Permian-Triassic extinction impact the evolution of species? To answer this question, J.-Sébastien travels the world in search of fossils, particularly stegocephalans.
