Although the CJD is the oldest employers' movement in France, it is no less young. Young in spirit, in the desire to always propose and defend new ideas. Our vision is responsible liberalism. The company is a means of bringing people together around a common project, a shared dream, in order to bring well-being to society. Since 1938, we have been convinced that the economy must be put at the service of Man. This means that we believe in ethics in the world of work, and that it is ethics that will make our companies successful. We believe in the company. We believe in the people who make it up.
For 80 years, the CJD has been an inexhaustible source of collective intelligence and has never ceased to provide answers on the ground to societal challenges, particularly in terms of employment, by providing its members, business leaders, with tools for training, exchange and experimentation.
