Guillian Graves is a graduate of the \u00c9cole Nationale Sup\u00e9rieure de Cr\u00e9ation Industrielle (ENSCI-Les Ateliers, accredited by the Conf\u00e9rence des Grandes \u00c9coles) in partnership with the \u00c9cole Polytechnique F\u00e9d\u00e9rale de Lausanne (EPFL).<\/p>\n

He runs the Big Bang Project, a design research and innovation studio specialising in biomimicry and bio-inspiration. His approach is transdisciplinary, at the interface of design and science. With its partners, major groups and research laboratories, the studio's team of designers and biologists designs and prototypes bio-inspired innovations in response to the major challenges of tomorrow. They are embodied in new processes, materials, products, services, methods, educational programmes and research programmes.<\/p>\n

Guillian Graves is also a teacher-researcher at ENSCI-Les Ateliers, founder and head of the international Master of Science Nature-Inspired Design at ENSCI-Les Ateliers, teacher at Sciences Po Paris, and lecturer.<\/p>\n

Guillian Graves' work has been presented at over eighty conferences in Europe and the United States. It has been exhibited in sixteen cities and six countries, from the MAK Museum Vienna in Austria to New York Design Week and the Centre Pompidou in Paris, and is regularly featured and cited as a reference in international print and broadcast media. Finally, these works are regularly presented in documentaries, on television and on the radio.<\/p>\n
