Irene Alvarez<\/strong> - Co-Director of CREA Mont-Blanc<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After studying political science and economics, Irene Alvarez worked at AFD for the development of local communities in Africa through the protection of biodiversity. She now co-directs the CREA Mont-Blanc<\/a>She is also a mountain guide and tries to combine two approaches that are sometimes said to be irreconcilable: the dissemination of the scientific approach and critical thinking, and the rehabilitation of the senses and the climate, thanks to transdisciplinarity and collaborative methods, particularly participatory science. Christine Ebadi<\/strong> - Co-founder of the Holomea agency<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trained as an engineer, Christine Ebadi has taken on complex team and programme management roles in predominantly technological and entrepreneurial environments. She has led organisational transformation projects in these contexts. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

She co-founded Holomea<\/a>is an organisational transformation consultancy whose purpose is to move organisations towards highly cooperative forms in order to be able to respond to the complexity of ecological and societal transitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through its collaboration with CREA, it is working on the emergence of organisations inspired by the principles of life, both to function more fluidly and to ensure that human and economic activities are built in alliance with life rather than against it.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

CREA Mont-Blanc workshop \/ Holomea<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conference-workshop to share the lessons learned from an original experiment conducted by a mixed team of researchers with expertise in alpine ecology and climate and 15 professors from several engineering and business schools. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

An experiment conducted via the European project ERDF-Alcotra TourScience Plus<\/a> between the <\/span>CREA<\/a> Mont-Blanc - Research Centre on Altitude Ecosystems and <\/span>holomea<\/a> - firm in organisational transformation.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The collaborative work has made it possible to build educational content on the link between life sciences and management based on the concept of bio-inspiration: how can the principles of life that govern mountain ecosystems inspire our practice of team management, project management, innovation, etc.? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the context of the European project ERDF-Alcotra TourScience Plus<\/a>CREA Mont-Blanc - Centre de Recherches sur les Ecosyst\u00e8mes d'Altitude - is organising a stay in Chamonix from 5 to 8 July 2022 for 15 university teachers to design a curriculum combining scientific ecology and management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The content envisaged concerns the link between life sciences and management based on the concept of bio-inspiration: how can the principles of life that govern mountain ecosystems inspire our practice of team management, project management, innovation, etc.?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once co-constructed, this curriculum, in the classroom and as much as possible in the mountains, will give higher education students reflexes and knowledge about the functioning of living organisms on which to base their future professional practice in managing organisations as well as innovative and complex projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
