ADRIEN SAINT-SARDOS

Adrien Saint-Sardos, a research engineer from ESPCI Paris, obtained his doctorate at the Pasteur Institute and at the hydrodynamics laboratory of Ecole Polytechnique in 2019. He is in charge of consulting missions for companies on the theme of materials, and is interested in biological data mining tools to facilitate biomimicry approaches.

A physical-chemical engineer from the ESPCI Paris, Adrien did his thesis work at the Ecole Polytechnique and the Pasteur Institute to develop an innovative microfluidic platform, adapted to 3D cell culture. Naturally curious, he thrives on bringing out quantitative information from dense data, and does not hesitate to use Data Science for this purpose. His taste for communication makes him enjoy consulting scientific literature and translating the advances of the academic world for the greatest number of people. Through the issues of biomimicry, he sees an opportunity to participate in the ecological transition of research and innovation of tomorrow's companies.

At Biomim'expo 2020, Adrien will participate and lead the "Paleobiomimicry" sequence on the Radio platform
